The Role As a PIP Functional Assessor, you'll:

Conduct face-to-face, video and telephone assessments Assess how health conditions and disabilities affect daily living and mobility Take detailed clinical histories and ask structured questions Review medical evidence and supporting information Apply clinical reasoning and professional judgement Consider how an individual's condition affects their functional ability Produce detailed, accurate and evidence-based reports for the DWP Work within relevant PIP assessment guidelines and processes

This is an assessment and report-writing role — there is no treatment or direct patient care involved. Who We're Looking For:

NMC Registered Nurses

• RGN, RMN or RNLD

HCPC Registered Physiotherapists HCPC Registered Occupational Therapists HCPC Registered Paramedic GPhC Registered Pharmacist

You'll need:

12+ months’ UK post-registration clinical experience Active NMC or HCPC registration Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Good report-writing, typing and IT skills Confidence working independently and managing your workload
