and 6 Occupational Therapist – Medical Wards
Location: Dartford Contract: Temporary Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 (Part time may be available)
Our client is looking to source an experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join their team as soon as possible. This role will involve working across medical wards , providing essential occupational therapy support to patients and contributing to their recovery and discharge planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality occupational therapy interventions on medical wards.
Support patients with functional assessments and rehabilitation.
Assist with discharge planning and liaise with the multidisciplinary team.
Ensure patient-centered care and promote independence.
Requirements:
HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
Previous experience working on medical wards or transferable experience
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
