The Role
As Management Accountant, you'll play a key part in driving financial accuracy, insight and control across the business. Your responsibilities will include:
Producing monthly management accounts, financial statements and key reports Analysing financial performance and providing clear commentary to senior leaders Highlighting risks, trends and opportunities, and recommending practical solutions Enhancing processes, controls and reporting within the finance team Reviewing and improving financial systems and data flows Presenting financial information to non-finance stakeholders in a clear, accessible way Leading monthly forecasting activity and supporting budgeting cycles Overseeing balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring robust financial governance Supporting and mentoring colleagues within the finance department Taking ownership of additional ad-hoc tasks to support business needs
What You'll Bring
Part-qualified CIMA, ACCA or equivalent. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills, with confidence engaging non-finance teams High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with SAGE and Excel A proactive, collaborative approach
