The Role
You will be responsible for:
Leading the production of accurate and timely management accounts. Providing meaningful financial analysis and insight to key stakeholders. Identifying opportunities to improve and streamline finance processes. Working with stakeholders across the wider business to drive improvements. Supporting budgeting, forecasting and month-end activities. Ensuring strong financial controls and reporting processes are maintained. Taking an active role in wider finance projects and business improvement initiatives.
About You
We are looking for a qualified or part-qualified accountant with strong management accounting experience who enjoys more than simply producing the numbers.
You will ideally have:
Strong management accounting and month-end experience. A genuine interest in process improvement and making things work better. The confidence to engage with stakeholders outside of finance. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. The ambition to develop your career within a large and evolving organisation.
