Data Analyst, Investment Management Firm, London, up to £45k, Hybrid
A growing FTSE-listed investment management firm are looking for a motivated Data Analyst to join their team and play a key role in supporting business-critical systems, reporting, and automation initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a data-driven professional who enjoys solving complex problems and improving processes through technology. Working closely with Finance, Operations, and Technology teams, you will be responsible for developing reporting solutions, maintaining data quality, and supporting system enhancements across the business. This is a great role for a straight graduation keen to start a career as a data analyst or someone who has been doing this role for a year or two and is looking for a new challenge. Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain code-based reports within proprietary business systems. Support the maintenance and integrity of finance systems and underlying data. Develop BI dashboards and reporting. Assist with the implementation and ongoing development of new systems and technologies. Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency. Create and maintain clear documentation of systems, processes, and controls.
Skills & Experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Degree in Mathematics, Physics or Computer Science is essential 1 or 2 experience within a similar role is ideal but not essential Experience working with data, reporting, and business intelligence tools. Knowledge of one or more of the following:
SQL Excel Python Power BI Tableau Business Central
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for improving processes through technology.
They are looking to offer the successful candidate up to £45,000 and you would be joining a great team! IND1
