Inclusive Learning Lecturer

As a Lecturer, you will deliver high-quality teaching and learning, supporting students to achieve their full potential. You will play a key role in creating an engaging learning environment, monitoring learner progress, and contributing to excellent educational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons that meet curriculum requirements. Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement. Set and monitor SMART targets to encourage student success. Maintain accurate learner records, including attendance, assessments and progress tracking. Support learners to develop vocational, employability and independent living skills where applicable.
The Ideal Candidate
Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one. Relevant vocational or subject-specialist qualification. Experience teaching within Further Education, Adult Education or a similar setting.
All candidates who register with Reed Further Education will have 2 years’ referencing taken up and will be required to have a DBS check completed. All offers are conditional upon satisfactory background checks. Reed Further Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff to share this commitment by completing mandatory training within 6 weeks of your first assignment and annually thereafter.
