The IT Engineer will oversee the key assets within our organization, encompassing IT hardware, software and infrastructure, high value machinery and other equipment and assets which are central to the success of EMS Healthcare.
You will work across teams and departments, covering all areas of our exciting and growing business building, an asset register and controlling the movement of high value items in and out of the business. As well as helping to capture business critical information you will also play an integral role in the deployment of new software’s to help evolve the stock management solutions within EMS Healthcare. During the deployment you will also play a key role in helping to roadmap the human processes and additional technologies needed to underpin any software solution.
Main Duties
Work across departments and teams, building relationships and embedding new processes for the business Create and maintain a detailed asset list for EMS Healthcare Evaluate potential solutions for the IT team Implement asset management software Manage database of high-value equipment and assets Monitor stock levels on an ongoing basis
Experience – Preferable
1 year experience of working in a stock control/inventory role Experience of managing an asset register
Key Skills
Good communication & interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages
Other Requirements
Full UK residency and hold a valid driving license and have suitable transport provisions (public transport is not recommended due to location of offices) Able to travel throughout the UK and Overseas if required.
