Are you an Electrical Maintenance Engineer or similar looking for a stable permanent position offering excellent work-life balance with 42 days leave, long-term security and additional earnings including a £4500 annual on-call bonus?
This is an opportunity to join a large university estate, carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a diverse range of campus buildings.
You will receive a 36-hour working week, 42 days' total leave with the option to purchase an additional 10 days, an employer pension contribution of approximately 7% and further earnings through on-call, overtime and recognised qualifications. The university have access to qualification courses where you can upskill yourself in many areas.
The Role:
Planned and reactive electrical maintenance across campus buildings Electrical fault-finding, testing and compliance work Ensuring statutory electrical compliance and safe systems of work Joining the on-call rota following an initial period Monday to Friday, 36-hour working week
The Person:
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent 18th Edition qualification Electrical maintenance and fault-finding background 2391 Testing and Inspection advantageous JIB Gold Card advantageous
