Your new company Working for one of the UK's leading contractors operating both in the UK and Worldwide, they operate across a number of sectors including building, infrastructure, housing and maintenance. Your new role Project Manager required to oversee projects across the East of England looking after a portfolio of accommodation refurbishment schemes. This is a hands-on project leadership role, responsible for the planning, coordination and successful delivery of works from inception through to handover. The position involves managing multiple accommodation refurbishment projects across a portfolio of sites, overseeing programming, stakeholder management, commercial performance and project delivery. Working across several live and occupied environments, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards while maintaining excellent client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the day-to-day management of multiple projects from mobilisation through to completion. Ensure projects are delivered safely, compliantly and in line with agreed programmes and budgets. Coordinate clients, subcontractors, consultants and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Manage project risks, change control processes and commercial performance. Oversee site teams and subcontractors, ensuring works are completed to the required quality standards. Produce regular progress reports and provide clear communication to clients and senior management. Ensure all health, safety, environmental and compliance requirements are met. Support commissioning, handover, defect resolution and project close-out activities
What you'll need to succeed
SMSTS CSCS card (Gold or Black only) First Aid at Work Asbestos Awareness Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations, RAMS, Construction Phase Plans and contractor management. Proven experience delivering refurbishment, construction or facilities-related projects. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
