Finance Manager | Leeds | £65,000-£70,000 | Hybrid Working
A Leeds-based client is looking to appoint an experienced Finance Manager to support the business through its next exciting phase of planned growth.
This is a broad and high-impact role with a strong focus on financial reporting, budgeting, consolidations and working with data to support decision-making across the business. Alongside the technical aspects of the position, the successful candidate will be a strong people manager who can motivate, develop and lead a team effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading financial reporting activities Managing the budgeting and forecasting process Overseeing consolidations Analysing and interpreting data to support business performance Managing, mentoring and motivating the finance team Supporting the business through its next phase of growth
The ideal candidate will be:
An experienced Finance Manager with strong technical accounting and reporting skills Comfortable working with data and turning insight into action A proven people leader with the ability to develop high-performing teams Confident operating in a growing and evolving business environment
