What You’ll Be Doing

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact for queries, issues, and service-related matters. Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure client requests and enquiries are resolved efficiently and to a high standard. Conduct regular client review meetings to discuss service delivery, performance, and opportunities for improvement. Produce and present KPI and performance reports to senior stakeholders and clients, providing clear insights and recommendations. Monitor client accounts to ensure services are delivered in line with contractual obligations and agreed service levels. Respond to leaseholder, freeholder, and client complaints in a timely, professional, and solutions-focused manner. Liaise with solicitors, clients, and internal teams regarding ongoing property management matters, ensuring effective communication throughout. Support the successful delivery of property management operations by coordinating activity across multiple teams. Identify opportunities to improve processes, client experience, and operational efficiencies. Maintain accurate records and ensure all client information, actions, and communications are documented appropriately.
What You Need to Succeed
Essential requirements:
Demonstrable experience in a client-facing role, such as Client Account Management, Property Management, Customer Success, or a similar stakeholder-focused environment. Knowledge of property-related legal processes, documentation, and compliance requirements. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the use of pivot tables, data analysis, reporting, and graph creation. Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders. Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Desirable qualifications:
A finance-related qualification, or currently working towards a recognised finance qualification (e.g. AAT, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
