Elevation Recruitment Group are working with an established business in Manchester whose IT function is currently led hands-on by the CTO, supported by an external platform partner. They're at the point where they need someone to own the doing, freeing up the CTO's time for strategy rather than day-to-day delivery.
You'll report into the IT Director and take on the practical, operational side of the platform - the work currently sitting with the CTO and their external partner.
What you'll be doing:
Taking hands-on ownership of platform delivery and day-to-day technical execution Working closely with the CTO and external platform partner to pick up what they currently handle directly Bringing consistency and reliability to the technical operations of the business
What they're looking for:
Someone who wants to do the hands-on technical work, not just direct it Comfortable stepping into an established setup and working alongside senior technical stakeholders Reliable, self-sufficient, happy office-based
Why it's worth a conversation:
Direct line into the IT Director, with close working relationship to the CTO A business ready to hand over real day-to-day ownership, not just support tasks Manchester based
If you'd rather be doing the work than watching from the sidelines, I'd like to talk you through this one.
