£120,000 + Bonus + Equity Remote (UK) | Occasional London Travel
I'm working with a high-growth HealthTech organisation to appoint a Director of Data Partnerships.
This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a new commercial research function focused on turning one of Europe's largest real-world healthcare datasets into valuable partnerships, research programmes, and new revenue streams. The role sits at the intersection of healthcare data, life sciences, research, and commercial strategy.

Health Data & Analytics Research & Clinical Programmes Commercial Partnerships Strategic & Operational Delivery
You'll take ownership of developing relationships across pharmaceutical companies, healthcare organisations, NHS bodies, CROs, and research partners, helping create and deliver programmes that leverage large-scale real-world care data.
What you'll be doing
Build and lead a new Health Data Research Partnerships function Develop relationships with pharmaceutical companies, NHS organisations, healthcare providers, and research organisations Identify opportunities for clinical trials, real-world evidence, and health outcomes research Translate complex healthcare data into commercially valuable propositions Design and operationalise research programmes with external partners Lead external networking, roadshows, and partnership development Manage negotiations and long-term strategic partnerships Line manage and develop a small existing research team Work closely with Product, Data, AI, and Commercial teams to shape strategy and execution

The foundations are already in place, but this role is about taking the function to the next level and building a significant new growth area for the business.
