A number one ranked law firm in their field is looking to hire an exceptional Knowledge Management and Practice Assistant to support the Knowledge Management and the Practice Management functions.

Knowledge Management and Practice Assistant – What You’ll Be Doing:
Maintain, organise and update information relating to concluded matters, and overseeing matter status is updated correctly Responsible for following up, collating and recording key deal knowhow following the completion of transactions Research, monitor and record expert databases Maintain training programmes for the firm, including logistical support and scheduling training sessions Assisting with Associate and Counsel resourcing, including the monthly capacity survey, utilisation reporting and cross-office work allocation; support capacity queries, non-respondent check-ins and collation of joiners’ experience and profile backgrounds. Provide logistical and scheduling support for the Practical Training Programme, Investment Treaty Series, ad hoc legal training sessions, Firmwide Fee Earner Meetings, office team meetings, Advocacy and other fee earner training sessions; technical, database, platform and AI-related training; new joiner inductions with the PSC and SPM; and ad hoc internal and client-facing training sessions. Support in maintaining the intranet AI knowledge hub and prompt library, and in scheduling training sessions.
Knowledge Management and Practice Assistant – What We’re Looking For:
Extensive experience working in a law firm in a practice support position Exceptional organisation and attention to detail Advanced proficiency in Microsoft and strong working knowledge of legal research databases Strong relationship and stakeholder management Clear written and verbal communication style A keen interest in AI initiatives
