Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging lessons across a range of subjects and year groups, following school plans where provided. Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed learning environment. Adapt quickly to different schools, classrooms and teaching styles. Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management. Assess and support pupils' learning throughout the day. Build positive relationships with pupils, school staff and leadership teams. Uphold safeguarding policies and promote the welfare of all children.
What We're Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Experience teaching within UK primary or secondary schools. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt quickly. A flexible, reliable and positive approach to teaching. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one). The right to work in the UK.
