This is a Finance Manager job for a fast growing project based SME based in the North East. You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with experience of working in a group finance function with international exposure.
This Finance Manager job is for a fast growing lower mid market SME in a really exciting sector delivering projects in the UK and Europe. Due to continued growth of their order book they are looking to consolidate their finance function in house, and this is role is to grow their finance team and develop their capacity to deliver clear monthly management accounts, better reporting functionality, lead tax and stat returns and start involving finance with strategic decision making.
You will be a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and you will have experience of working in an international group function. You will be comfortable operating in a friendly but hardworking SME business - this role offers autonomy and the ability to make a real impact in a small but perfectly formed business.
This role offers the ability to progress your career alongside a fast growing business reporting into two entrepreneurial and dedicated co directors. You will have an outweighted impact on a local business in the North East that offers technical services on a contract basis to interesting projects across the UK and Europe.
