THE ROLE
An award-winning digital transformation consultancy in Lincolnshire is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a major, high-profile transformation programme spanning e-commerce platforms and Microsoft Dynamics 365. You'll confidently bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams - gathering and documenting requirements, analysing existing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and translating business needs into clear functional requirements. A key focus is supporting the implementation and integration of an e-commerce platform with Microsoft Dynamics 365. This is a hands-on role that demands excellent stakeholder engagement and previous experience on digital transformation programmes.

THE BUSINESS ANALYST ROLE
Lead business requirements gathering workshops with stakeholders at all levels Analyse current ("As-Is") processes and design future ("To-Be") processes Produce high-quality documentation - BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, process maps, gap analysis and use cases Support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions and their integration with e-commerce platforms Analyse data flows, integrations and business processes Work alongside e-commerce specialists to improve customer journeys and online purchasing experiences Support backlog refinement, prioritisation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Identify risks, dependencies and business impacts throughout the lifecycle Support change management and user adoption activities
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Business analysis within digital transformation programmes Delivering projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 E-commerce platforms and online customer journeys Business process mapping and gap analysis Requirements elicitation, documentation and user story creation Stakeholder management at all organisational levels Running workshops and facilitating business discussions UAT planning and execution Working within Agile delivery environments
