Job Title: Locum Non-Invasive Cardiac Physiologist Banding: Band 5/6 Location: Watford Working Hours: Full-time Start Date: 25/11/2024 Rate: £24 - £30 per hour Duration: 3 months
The Clinical Physiology team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and skilled Non-Invasive Cardiac Physiologist to join our team in Watford. This is a full-time position starting on 25th November 2024, with a competitive hourly rate of £24 - £30. The role is initially for a duration of 3 months, with the potential for extension based on performance and departmental needs.
What will your responsibilities be?
You will conduct non-invasive cardiac diagnostic tests, including ECGs, Holter monitoring, and stress tests. You will analyse test results and provide accurate reports to support patient diagnosis and treatment. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care. You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in cardiac physiology and related technologies.
Qualifications and Experience:
Essential:
IBHRE / BHRS accreditation (desirable).
Relevant qualifications and registration as a Cardiac Physiologist.
Proven experience as a Cardiac Physiologist with a focus on pacing and devices.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Experience in non-invasive cardiac diagnostics.
