Location: London, Greater London Start date: ASAP Duration: 3 months Rate: £19.50 per hour Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 16:30pm
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Executive/Personal Assistant to support two senior members of the Senior Management Team (SMT) within a fast-paced and professional environment in London. This role is ideal for a confident and experienced assistant who thrives on managing multiple priorities and providing high-level administrative support. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations and supporting strategic objectives.
What will your responsibilities be :
The Executive/Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing complex diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel and logistics. The role includes preparing agendas, taking accurate minutes, and following up on action points. The post holder will handle confidential information with discretion, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and support the SMT in a wide range of administrative tasks. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate the needs of the team are essential.
Qualifications and Experiences:
Proven experience in an Executive or Personal Assistant role
Strong minute-taking and diary management skills
Ability to support multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional, discreet, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
