Job Title: Locum Non-Invasive Cardiac Physiologist Banding: Band 6 Location: Norwich Working Hours: Full-time Start Date: 06/11/2024 Rate: £45 - £55 per hour Duration: 3 months
The Clinical Physiology team at Pulse is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Invasive Cardiac Physiologist to join our team in Norwich. This is a full-time position starting on 06/11/2024, with a competitive hourly rate of £45 - £55. The role is initially for a duration of 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and departmental needs.
What will your responsibilities be?
You will perform a range of invasive cardiac procedures, including angiograms, pacemaker insertions, and electrophysiology studies. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care. You will maintain accurate and detailed patient records. You will ensure all procedures are carried out in accordance with established protocols and safety standards. You will participate in on-call duties as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
Essential:
IBHRE / BHRS accreditation (desirable).
Relevant qualifications and registration as a Cardiac Physiologist.
Proven experience as a Cardiac Physiologist with a focus on pacing and devices.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Experience in non-invasive cardiac diagnostics.
