Registered Nurse Salary: £24.41 per hour + Overtime Enhancements paying £26.78 per hour Location: Accrington, Lancashire Hours: Full time, Nights
Healthcare Clinical are partnering with an award-winning, forward-thinking nursing home provider to recruit a Registered Nurse in the Accrington, Lancashire area.
The successful Registered Nurse will join a supportive team with excellent staffing levels and a strong focus on delivering high-quality, person-centred care. This Registered Nurse opportunity is open to RMN and RGN qualified nurses with a valid NMC PIN and previous experience working in nursing homes. We are seeking a Registered Nurse who demonstrates compassion, professionalism, and strong leadership skills.

Duties for the Registered Nurse: Maintain accurate care records and documentation
Safely administer and manage medications Keep care plans updated and person-centred Complete clinical tasks and maintain compliance Conduct resident assessments and monitor wellbeing Work in accordance with the NMC Code Promote dignity, choice, and independence Participate in handovers and team meetings Support the wider team as required by management
Registered Nurse Requirements:
Hold a valid and active NMC PIN Demonstrate a compassionate, reliable, and professional approach Have a genuine commitment to improving the wellbeing and quality of life of residents in your care
