Job Purpose
The Office/Workplace Experience Manager (WEM) is the senior onsite coordinator responsible for the delivery of safe, secure, effective, and fully compliant workplace operations across our clients office. The WEM drives service excellence through the Workplace Experience Specialist team, ensuring a consistently high-quality workplace experience for colleagues, clients, and visitors.
Acting as the guardian of the office environment on behalf of both our client and SPS Leadership, the WEM ensures policies, procedures, and values are embedded into daily operations, while actively promoting a positive, inclusive, and people-focused workplace culture.
The WEM leads onsite Workplace Experience teams at their designated location(s), working in close alignment with stakeholders including Central Service Owners, Workplace, Real Estate, Landlords, Physical Security, Network & Information Security, Energy & Environment, and Health & Safety teams. Strong local knowledge and visible leadership are critical to maintaining safe, compliant workplaces while upholding values and service standards.
Team Management & Service Delivery
Drive service excellence to ensure customers receive frictionless access to workplace services, spaces, and support through the Workplace Experience Team. Ensure Workplace Experience Specialists deliver proactive, scheduled, and reactive support consistently across all floors and offices. Lead the delivery of a high-quality Welcome Experience for guests, visitors, and colleagues. Provide line management responsibility for Workplace Experience teams, including attendance management, rota planning, performance management, development, and succession planning. Act as a mentor and coach, supporting team members’ career pathways and building future capability. Serve as the onsite advocate for the One Team approach, resolving issues and representing the Workplace Experience function and wider SPS services within the local office. Lead One Team engagement activities at site level, including informal working practices, formal meetings, and reward and recognition initiatives. Drive continuous improvement across workplace services, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, compliance, and experience. Follow SPS escalation processes and procedures at all times. Adhere to SPS HR, compliance, and Health & Safety procedures.
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the central onsite Workplace point of contact for Partners and key stakeholders. Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders at both local and central levels. Act as liaison with landlords, managing agents, and site security providers. Represent values and culture in all interactions with colleagues, clients, and visitors. Proactively seek and act upon customer feedback, working in partnership with local stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
