As a Management Accountant in the industrial and manufacturing sector, your role will involve overseeing financial processes to ensure everything runs smoothly. You'll play a key part in analysing data, preparing reports, and supporting strategic decisions.

Description
Prepare and analyse financial reports to support business decisions. Ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Monitor financial performance and identify key trends or variances. Work closely with other departments to manage costs effectively. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Maintain compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements. Assist with audits and other ad-hoc financial projects as required.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
A professional qualification in accounting or finance Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Experience in financial reporting and budgeting within the industrial or manufacturing sector. Proficiency in financial systems and tools, including advanced Excel skills. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholder
Job Offer
Competitive salary of £60,000 to £65,000, dependent on the level of experience. 25 days of holiday leave annually. Permanent position offering stability and growth opportunities.
