Commis Chef - live in

Commis Chef - £26,400k plus tips plus bonus: Midhurst in West Sussex, own transport ideally. (Please read all advert and check the location before you apply for this position). No visa sponsorship available. You must be able to get to Midhurst for a trial shift if your CV is successful.

40 hour week as a Commis Chef and have Live In accommodation at £76 per week including all bills.

You must be living and working in the UK OR have a British Passport OR have Right to Work/Settlement Status.

Then come and join this friendly brigade of 7, cooking all fresh food to a high standard in this lovely hotel restaurant with approx covers of 70.

Experience

We are looking for an experienced Commis Chef to work with us in this all fresh food hotel kitchen . You will ideally need to have either restaurant, hotel or high end gastro pub/restaurant experience and all fresh food cooking experience to a high standard. Have good knife skills and be willing to learn and grow as a Chef. Also being reliable and having the right working attitude are just as important.

Salary and Benefits

Please note if your application is successful you will be required to come and do a trial shift in Midhurst from 9am/9.30am until 2.00pm/2.30pm. There is no train station in Midhurst, the nearest is Haslemere Station.
