Senior Mental Health Support Worker
Grove House, Oxford £28,938 - £32,214 per annum (depending on experience) 37 hours per week | Rotating shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins

We're looking for an experienced and compassionate individual to join Grove House as a Senior Mental Health Support Worker . Whether you're guiding a team through a busy shift, supporting someone through a difficult period, or celebrating a resident's achievement, you'll play an important part in changing lives for the better.
What You'll Be Doing
As part of our leadership team, you will:
Lead and coordinate shifts to ensure high-quality support is delivered
Support residents through their recovery journey using a person-centred approach
Manage medication processes and ensure safe working practices
Provide guidance, coaching and mentoring to Support Workers
Assist with assessments, support planning and risk management
Respond to incidents, safeguarding concerns and complaints when required
Promote a positive culture built around respect, collaboration and inclusion
Support residents with practical life skills such as budgeting, cooking, travel and tenancy management
Encourage access to employment, training, education and community opportunities
Champion trauma-informed practice and recovery-focused support
