We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of the day to day finance function within a growing organisation.
This is a hands on role managing a small finance team and overseeing the full finance cycle, from invoicing and credit control through to management accounts, cash flow and reporting.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a small finance team
- Oversee AP, AR, invoicing and credit control
- Manage payroll and cash flow
- Produce management accounts and financial reports
- Support budgeting and forecasting
- Oversee bank reconciliations and bookkeeping
- Liaise with external accountants
- Maintain strong financial controls and accurate records
- Identify and improve finance processes
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous Finance Manager or similar experience
- Strong end-to-end finance experience
- Experience across AP, AR, credit control and management accounts
- Good knowledge of payroll, cash flow and budgeting
- Experience managing or supervising a small team
- Strong Excel and accounting systems skills
- Xero experience would be advantageous
- ACCA, CIMA, ACA or AAT would be advantageous
