Role Overview
Two QA/QC Engineers (Electrical) are required to join our client's team on a site-based basis in Skellefteå, Sweden. You will be responsible for implementing quality management systems on-site and ensuring electrical and mechanical works meet stringent quality and specification standards.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Audits & Inspections: Plan and conduct quality audits and inspections on-site to verify the rigorous execution of quality control processes.
QMS Implementation: Ensure quality management system objectives are fulfilled across electrical and mechanical disciplines, driving awareness and compliance with corporate quality policies on-site.
Sub-Contractor Quality Oversight: Review and monitor sub-contractors' quality systems and plans to confirm they are effective, compliant, and aligned with company standards.
Site Team Guidance: Provide essential guidance, feedback, and technical input to on-site personnel to optimize project feasibility and continuous improvement.
Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Industry Experience: Proven experience in the successful delivery of data centre construction projects.
Planning Skills: Hands-on experience with project scheduling, programming, and installation sequencing.
Core Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with site teams and sub-contractors.
