Are you passionate about quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement? We're looking for a Laboratory Technician to join our Butter Plant in Market Drayton and play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards.
As a Laboratory Technician, you will support the site in delivering exceptional quality performance through laboratory analysis, testing, data evaluation, and technical expertise. You'll work closely with operational teams to identify improvements, solve quality-related challenges, and help drive a culture of continuous improvement in line with Müller values.

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (7:00am - 7:00pm) Location: Market Drayton
Key Responsibilities
As a Laboratory Technician, you will:
Carry out quality testing and analysis to support site performance and product standards. Evaluate data and laboratory results to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues. Support problem-solving and troubleshooting activities through effective data analysis. Contribute to the ongoing development of Quality Management System (QMS) capability across the site. Manage laboratory activities, systems, and standards, including 5S. Support operational teams in delivering robust quality control processes. Maintain and contribute to the site's Performance Management System (PMS). Produce and manage Quality Index reporting and other monthly quality reports. Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and procedures. Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to drive business and quality improvement.
