We are recruiting a Deputy Manager to join our dedicated team at Fosse Court !

Fosse Court specialises in providing high-quality residential care to meet the assessed needs of adults with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, complex needs, autism and associated behaviours that may present challenges.
As Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Registered Manager and wider team to ensure that our residents receive the highest standards of care, support and dignity every day.
What you’ll be Doing
Supporting day-to-day operations and care delivery Supervising and mentoring staff Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and internal policies Building strong relationships with residents, families, and professionals Promoting a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment
What You’ll Need
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 5) Experience in a senior care role, ideally in supported living or residential care Strong leadership and communication skills A proactive, person-centred approach A genuine passion for improving lives
