Role: Manufacturing Engineer Type: Permanent, Full Time Hours: Onsite – 37.5 hours per week Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum + Benefits Location: Corby, Northamptonshire Owen Daniels are supporting a leading manufacturing company, and we are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join on a permanent basis, due to growth in the business. Manufacturing Engineer – Key responsibilities:
Support the delivery of new manufacturing projects from early planning through to implementation. Help improve production processes by developing practical working methods and maintaining clear technical records. Work with cross-functional teams to identify operational improvements and resolve day-to-day production challenges. Contribute to quality and compliance activities by assisting with process reviews and controlled engineering changes. Provide technical input and regular communication to support project delivery and meet business requirements.
Manufacturing Engineer - Essential Skills & Experience:
Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Manufacturing or Engineering (or similar) Previous experience in manufacturing or as a Manufacturing Engineer Experience with quality tools and First Article Inspection Report (FAIR) Possess strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail Ability to work effectively while working as part of a team.
