Residential Support Worker

Pay:
£14.00 per hour (Unqualified) £15.00 per hour (Level 3/4 Qualified) £65 per sleep-in

We're looking for caring, resilient individuals to support children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) and social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH).
This is an opportunity to make a real impact, helping young people build confidence, develop life skills, and achieve positive outcomes in a safe and nurturing environment.
What We're Looking For
Experience working with children and young people, or transferable experience in care, education, or youth work Ability to build positive relationships and act as a role model Commitment to safeguarding and promoting young people's welfare Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Willingness to learn and engage in ongoing training
Experience in residential childcare, EBD, SEMH, social care, or youth work is desirable.
Shift Pattern: 7 x 24-hour shifts (including sleep-ins) over a 3-week rota.
