Their Bristol office is now investing in establishing a dedicated civil engineering capability, creating an excellent opportunity for an ambitious engineer to play a leading role in its development. In this role, you will lead the delivery of civil engineering projects including drainage design, flood risk assessments and infrastructure schemes, while working closely with clients, local authorities and multidisciplinary teams. As the team grows, you will also have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and help shape the future of the Bristol civil engineering division. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering infrastructure and drainage projects, strong technical knowledge and the ambition to progress into a leadership position while helping to grow a successful team. The Role
Deliver civil engineering projects across commercial, residential and infrastructure developments Produce drainage designs, drainage strategies and flood risk assessments Liaise with clients, local authorities and external stakeholders Prepare technical reports, calculations and design information Work on Section 38 and Section 278 agreements Mentor junior engineers as the Bristol team expands Opportunity to build and lead a growing civil engineering team Office, site and client-based role with flexibility after probation
