The business continues to evolve through acquisition and growth, making this an excellent opportunity to gain genuine exposure across Group Finance, consolidation, technical accounting, M&A and senior stakeholder management within a highly regarded organisation.
Description
Support Group monthly reporting across multiple entities Prepare and review consolidation workings and statutory accounts Provide support on technical accounting and GAAP gap analysis Assist with external audit, accounting standards and reporting requirements Gain exposure to M&A, acquisitions and post-acquisition integration Support holding company accounting, dividends and foreign currency accounting Work closely with Finance, FP&A, Tax, Treasury and Legal Provide support on Group Finance projects and process improvements Strong exposure to senior stakeholders and Group Finance
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA). Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis. Strong understanding of accounting standards. Proficiency in financial systems and software. Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
Job Offer
Salary between £55,000 and £75,000, dependent on the level of experience. Bonus scheme. Company car or car allowance. Comprehensive pension plan.
