The Regional HR Manager (UK) will lead HR governance and operational excellence within the UK region, ensuring compliance with employment law and alignment with global people strategies. This role partners closely with Global HRBPs, senior leaders, and functional HR teams to deliver initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness, support change and transformation, and foster an inclusive culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Regional Expertise & Compliance
Act as a regional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for UK employment law, regulatory compliance, and HR best practice. Review, develop, and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with global standards. Serve as an escalation point for complex HR issues within the region.
