Are you a Maintenance Supervisor or similar, looking to join a thriving and rapidly growing global company, offering you a leadership position, where you will become the go to technical expert and progress further to Maintenance and Engineering management?
On offer is a great opportunity to step into management with a company that will value your development through NEBOSH, IOSH and PLC training and plenty of overtime to significantly boost your earnings.
In this role you will be responsible for leading a team of Engineers for this long-standing manufacturer. You will also plan maintenance activities, keep records up to date, inspect machinery and maintenance, manage budgets and undertake hands on mechanical and electrical repairs.
This company has been operational since the 1950s, specialising in the niche production of specialist materials, supplying heavily into the aerospace, automotive and chemical industries and are vital for their continued operation.
This role would suit a Maintenance Supervisor or similar with mechanical and some electrical experience looking for a leadership position where they can progress further into management.
The Role:
Leading a team of Maintenance Engineers Plan all maintenance activities, ensure records are kept up to date and manage budgets Perform inspections of machinery and works being carried out Undertake hands on mechanical and electrical repairs Training on PLCs, NEBOSH and IOSH Monday to Thursday 8:15 am-5pm and Friday 8:15-1pm. Overtime available paid at t ½
