We’re currently working with a well-established and highly regarded organisation that is looking to appoint an IT Trainer to join its collaborative IT team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an IT Trainer who enjoys working closely with people and wants to have a genuine impact on how technology is adopted and used across an organisation.
You’ll play a key role in supporting colleagues at all levels — from onboarding new starters and delivering day-to-day IT training through to developing engaging refresher sessions and online learning resources.
The role
As IT Trainer, you’ll be responsible for helping colleagues build their confidence and capability with the technology and systems they use every day.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering engaging and effective IT training to users across the organisation. Providing IT onboarding and training for new starters. Developing and delivering refresher and role-specific training. Creating engaging online learning content, user guides and training resources. Identifying training needs and opportunities to improve technology adoption. Working closely with the wider IT team and business stakeholders to understand learning requirements. Supporting the implementation and adoption of new systems and technologies. Continuously reviewing and improving training content and delivery methods. Providing a positive and supportive learning experience for users with varying levels of technical ability.
