We're looking for a Senior Case Manager to join our team in Milton Keynes on a permanent basis. This role offers a salary of £50,000-£58,000 and a hybrid working pattern of 2 days in the office and 3 days from home each week.

What you will be doing;

Lead and manage a team of regulatory Case Managers, supporting their performance, development and day-to-day delivery. Oversee casework arising from Practice Assurance monitoring visits, ensuring cases progress effectively and meet required deadlines and quality standards. Review case recommendations and supporting documentation before consideration by the Practice Assurance Committee, ensuring papers are clear and evidence-based. Provide technical and procedural guidance to Case Managers across Practice Assurance matters, AML supervision contracts and other regulatory issues. Oversee AML supervision contract work and assess dispensation applications, including cases involving complex ownership and governance arrangements. Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and contribute to the continuous improvement of Regulatory Practice processes and procedures.

Experience

Previous line management experience, with demonstrable experience of leading and developing a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience writing and reviewing reports. Excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand and interpret complex information and make informed, evidence-based decisions. Ability to ask insightful questions, gather relevant information and consider the wider impact when making decisions. A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement, with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
