We're searching for a passionate and driven Network Delivery Manager/Project Manager to join our Major Programme Delivery team. About the Role As part of the Transformation & Major Projects Directorate, the Major Programme Delivery team is committed to executing major initiatives that align with our strategic objectives. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You'll have the opportunity to work across various critical programmes and initiatives!
Key Accountabilities:
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and manage project dependencies. Coordinate with internal teams and third-party contractors/vendors to ensure seamless delivery. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate as necessary. Prepare and deliver project reports, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders. Maintain effective communication to ensure engagement of all key stakeholders. Ensure compliance with project standards for time, quality, and cost.
What We're Looking For: We need a visionary mind who is:
Passionate about delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Adaptable and resilient, committed to achieving results and continuous improvement. Experienced in both waterfall and agile project management methodologies. An excellent communicator with strong writing skills. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under pressure.
Qualifications:
Professional certification (PMP or PRINCE2) is highly desirable. Proven experience in project management or a related role. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project). SC Clearance is essential.
