Building Services Manager | Central London | Up to £100,000 + Package
I'm currently working with a well-established main contractor that has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality commercial, residential and mixed-use developments across London.
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they're looking to appoint an experienced Building Services Manager to take ownership of MEP delivery on complex projects from pre-construction through to handover.

The Role
As Building Services Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the mechanical and electrical aspects of projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the full MEP delivery from design through to commissioning and handover Coordinating consultants, subcontractors and design teams Reviewing technical drawings and ensuring buildability Managing RFIs, technical submissions and design changes Monitoring programme, quality and compliance throughout delivery Chairing MEP coordination meetings with clients and stakeholders Supporting commissioning, testing, O&M manuals and final handover Working closely with Project, Commercial and Site teams to ensure successful project delivery
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Building Services Manager, MEP Manager or Technical Services Manager Main contractor or specialist M&E contractor background Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services Experience delivering commercial, residential, mixed-use or fit-out projects Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage projects through the full construction lifecycle
