Great care starts with great leadership. As a Senior Care Worker, you'll help ensure residents receive the highest standards of care while supporting and encouraging colleagues to deliver their best every day.
This is an opportunity to combine hands-on care with leadership responsibilities in a role where your experience and expertise will make a real difference.
What your day could look like
Support residents with personal care and daily living activities Lead shifts and coordinate care delivery Mentor and support less experienced colleagues Administer medication safely and accurately Monitor residents' wellbeing and respond to changing needs Contribute to assessments, care plans and reviews Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with procedures
About you You will have experience working in a care setting and a strong understanding of person-centred care. You'll be organised, dependable and confident supporting colleagues while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism. You must hold an SVQ Level 3 in Social Services and Healthcare and be willing to work towards, or already hold, an SVQ Level 4 qualification. This role requires membership of the PVG Scheme and registration with the SSSC.
