Job Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking to join a growing manufacturing business that genuinely invests in its people and equipment. This Electrical Maintenance Engineer position offers the opportunity to work within a modern industrial manufacturing environment, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, supporting continuous improvement projects, and playing a key role in maximising production efficiency and reliability.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer:
Must have previous experience working as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer Must have experience within an industrial manufacturing, production or process environment. Must hold a recognised formal Electrical Engineering qualification minimum NVQ Level 3 Strong electrical fault-finding and repair experience on manufacturing machinery. Experience carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
Desirable Requirements of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer:
C & G electrical inspection and testing PLC fault-finding experience. Experience with new equipment installations and project work. Experience compiling Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of Work. CMMS or computerised maintenance management system experience. Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing or TPM experience.
