Description
Provide outstanding pharmaceutical care and clinical services to patients. Lead, motivate, and develop the pharmacy team to achieve excellent service standards. Ensure compliance with GPhC regulations, NHS requirements, and company policies. Manage the safe and efficient dispensing of prescriptions. Deliver and expand pharmacy services including vaccinations, health checks, and other NHS and private services. Drive commercial performance and identify opportunities for business growth. Build strong relationships with local healthcare professionals and the wider community. Manage stock control, pharmacy operations, and service delivery targets.
Profile
To be successful in this role, you will have:
MPharm degree and current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). Previous experience as a Pharmacist, ideally with management or leadership responsibilities. Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to patient-centred care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. A proactive approach to service development and business performance.
