Quantity Surveyor - Construction - Slough - £60,000 About the company As a result of major business growth, we're on the lookout for a Quantity Surveyor. We are working with a leading UK-based contractor specialising in the delivery, design-and-build projects across the UK backed by extensive European experience. Quantity Surveyor - Responsibilities & Requirements
Relevant QS construction experience, including JCT management Knowledge in construction planning and understanding of construction execution Ability to manage contracts, calculations and budgets Serve contract notices to client in accordance with the contract and customer / company policy Subcontractor payments, variations and final accounts Ongoing liaison with site team, subcontractors and Customers' representatives Compiling Monthly CVR Reports and commercial risk report and cost forecast Strong communication skills Positive attitude and approach
