This is a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of pricing, portfolio management and business strategy. Offering exposure across multiple classes of business, the role will see you working closely with underwriting, pricing, data and senior leadership teams to develop analytical capabilities that drive better decision-making and profitability across the portfolio. The Role
Lead the development and delivery of portfolio analytics initiatives across a diverse London Market portfolio. Design and embed cross-class analytical frameworks, tools and insights that support underwriting performance and portfolio steering. Work closely with underwriting and pricing teams to identify opportunities for enhanced decision-making through data and analytics. Support the evolution of pricing and portfolio management capabilities, ensuring consistency, scalability and best practice across teams. Deliver strategic analyses that help answer key business questions and support executive decision-making. Contribute to business planning, portfolio monitoring and performance reporting activities. Partner with data, technology and analytics teams to develop innovative solutions and improve access to actionable insights. Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders, committees and leadership teams. Mentor colleagues and provide leadership across key projects and workstreams.
About You
Qualified Actuary (FIA or equivalent). Strong experience in portfolio analytics or pricing transformation within the Lloyd's and/or London Market insurance sector. Proven ability to deliver analytical solutions that influence commercial decision-making. Commercially minded, with the ability to translate complex analysis into practical recommendations.
