The UK's largest provider of essential infrastructure services are looking to onboard Quantity Surveyors to their Southern Region. Operating across regulated water, energy, telecommunications, transport, and public secto rs. My client are apart of all major frameworks in the UK including the Great Grid Upgrade , AMP8 , National Highways SDF & More.
They are looking to onboard a Quantity Surveyor for their Multi-billion pound Rail framework. The total investment for the framework comes to £45 billion across England , Wales & Scotland with the budget allocated into multiple areas including Asset Renewals , operations & support , Route Maintenance & Climate adaptation.
You'll assist with managing subcontractor accounts, preparing reports, and tracking project finances, ensuring compliance and minimising risks. From monitoring risk registers to valuing variations, you'll play a vital role in keeping projects efficient and profitable.
This position also involves producing financial forecasts, analysing quotations, and working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Commercial staff. You'll support the recovery of contract costs, streamline processes, and contribute to monthly financial reviews.
