Mitchell Adam are delighted to be partnering with a growing and well-established business within the logistics sector. With continued success and ongoing investment across its operations, the company has built a strong reputation for delivering reliable services while maintaining a collaborative and supportive working environment. As the business continues to grow, they are now looking to recruit a Management Accountant to join their finance team.
Working closely with the Financial Controller, this role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the monthly management accounts process while partnering with stakeholders across the wider business. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Management Accountant looking to join a growing organisation where finance plays a key role in supporting operational performance and future growth.
Skills Needed
Newly qualified or finalist ACA / ACCA / CIMA. Previous experience preparing monthly management accounts, including accruals, prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting. Strong communication skills, with confidence working alongside operational and non-finance stakeholders across the business. Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly beneficial.
What You Will Receive
Broad exposure to different areas of the business, working closely with a variety of stakeholders across both finance and operations. The opportunity to take ownership of the monthly management accounts process, playing a key role within the finance function. Exposure to budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis, allowing you to further develop your commercial accounting skills.
