Renowned for its commitment to quality, reliability, and continuous improvement, the company is continuing to grow and offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Projects Manager to join its team and play a key role in delivering technically complex projects to a high standard. Your Role and Responsibilities While in this position, your duties may include but are not limited to:
Supporting sales teams, customers, and key stakeholders by providing technical advice and developing effective product and service solutions. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, sales teams, suppliers, and subcontractors. Acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring customers and stakeholders remain informed of progress. Managing the procurement of equipment, materials, and subcontracted works across projects within your control. Attending project handovers with customers to confirm project scope, requirements, and timelines. Producing detailed project plans and identifying effective solutions to technical engineering challenges as they arise. Coordinating equipment, parts, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure projects remain on schedule and key deadlines are achieved. Supporting clients and Sales Engineers with the effective planning and coordination of projects. Managing the installation and commissioning of industrial cooling systems, ensuring all works are completed correctly and to the required technical standards. Managing engineers and site teams, ensuring contractual requirements are met and appropriate health and safety standards are maintained. Identifying project resources and allocating responsibilities effectively to ensure successful delivery. Maintaining financial control of projects, including budgeting, monitoring costs, and managing expenditure. Communicating complex technical engineering information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Managing a high volume of activity within a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability throughout each project. Maintaining regular communication with suppliers, customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders through both inbound and outbound contact.
