Network Design Engineer - London
Location: Central London - Office Based 5 days a week
Salary: £45-55k
We're partnering with a growing technology consultancy that designs, delivers and supports complex IT environments for enterprise clients across the UK and Europe.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Network Design Engineer who enjoys working directly with clients to design scalable, secure and high-performing infrastructure solutions.
You'll be responsible for assessing customer environments, producing technical designs, building proposals and supporting the delivery of networking and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyse client requirements. Design networking and infrastructure solutions aligned with business objectives. Conduct network and Wi-Fi assessments, surveys and audits. Produce technical designs, proposals, documentation Support project delivery and provide technical guidance to internal teams and clients. Identify opportunities to improve performance, resilience and security.
Technical Skills Required
LAN, WAN and Enterprise Wireless Networking Wi-Fi design TCP/IP networking Virtualisation technologies Windows Server infrastructure Storage and disaster recovery solutions Cloud platforms and hybrid environments Strong troubleshooting and solution design capabilities
