Are you an experienced Support Worker ready to take the next step in your career?
We're looking for a dedicated and passionate Senior Support Worker to join a supportive and established team in the PR6 area . This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference while developing your leadership skills within a rewarding care environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting adults to live fulfilling, independent lives. Leading and motivating a team of Support Workers. Ensuring high standards of person-centred care are delivered. Acting as a role model and providing guidance to the wider team. Completing care documentation and maintaining accurate records. Participating in the on-call rota and responding to call-outs when required. Working alongside management to ensure the service operates safely and effectively.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a Senior Support Worker or experienced Support Worker role. A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care. Excellent communication and leadership skills. A flexible approach to working shifts and participating in the on-call rota. A full UK driving licence is essential.
