As an Electrical Engineer in Wolverhampton, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of electrical systems within the industrial and manufacturing sector. Your day-to-day will involve troubleshooting, designing, and implementing solutions to keep operations running efficiently.

This position is with a company in the Energy sector based in Birmingham.
Description
Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems to ensure optimal performance. Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:30 (1 in 4 weekends on call 06:00-14:00) Design and implement electrical solutions to support operational needs. Collaborate with other teams to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical equipment. Identify and resolve electrical faults to minimise downtime. Assist in upgrading and improving existing electrical systems and processes. Prepare technical reports and documentation for projects and maintenance activities. Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues as needed.
Profile
A successful Electrical Engineer should have:
A solid background in electrical engineering within the industrial or manufacturing sector. Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving electrical issues effectively. Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in electrical engineering. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field.
